• 2 Recent Salary Slips
• Job Letter
• If self employed or out of state;

• Bank account statements for last twelve (12) months and or
• Check stubs for last six months
• Tax Filing for the last 3 years
• Business registration certificate
• Contracts
• Financials for last 3 years
